Introduction
After graduating from the Department of Public Finance at National Taipei University, pursued a master’s degree at the Department of Law of National Taipei University and obtained my degree. The following year was awarded Japan–Taiwan Exchange Association Scholarship and entered Tohoku University to pursue a Ph.D. in Law.
During studies, served as an editor for the Tohoku Law Review and participated in drafting amicus curiae briefs for cases before the Constitutional Court of Taiwan. My research interests include Tax Law, Fiscal Law, Law and Society Studies. Particularly, interested in exploring tax and public finance law from diverse perspectives and analyzing the relationship between individual rights and collective interests.
